Pushed by ahiemstra into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. input/css/breeze: Only round delegate backgrounds in list when highlighted Rather than always changing the background of ItemDelegate inside a list that has hover enabled, only change those when we want to show a background different from the normal or alternate background. This avoids rounding the backgrounds of alternating rows that are showing their normal background.
