DESCRIPTION
Since I updated to plasma 6.8 my primary monitor no longer has a blur on the
wallpaper when I start entering my password, but my second monitor does. This
is only happening on the lockscreen, not the greeter/PLM.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into session
2. Lock screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Monitor 1 does not have blur on the wallpaper when I start moving my
mouse/typing my password but Monitor 2 does have the blur.
EXPECTED RESULT
All monitors should have a blur effect on the wallpaper when moving the mouse
and/or starting to enter password.
