DESCRIPTION
After upgrading from Plasma 6.8.0 to 6.8.1, fullscreen games appear to run at a
very low frame rate despite MangoHud reporting consistently high FPS.
The issue only occurs when the game is fullscreen, focused, and an ICC color
profile is enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Start a game supporting fullscreen (I reproduced this in Counter-Strike 2 and
Zenless Zone Zero)
OBSERVED RESULT
You can see the game stuttering despite high fps
Unfocusing the game, setting it to windowed or disabling the ICC profile makes
the behavior stop
EXPECTED RESULT
No stutter
