file: report a copy to a removable device

The file worker writes one file per command. A copy to a USB stick can
leave its data in the page cache when the command ends, and nothing
informs the job that the device still needs a flush.

copy() and put() now set the flush-destination metadata when the
destination folder is on a removable device. The answer comes from the
mount table and is kept for each mount, so it costs one statx() per
file. KIO_FILE_FORCE_REMOVABLE makes any destination count as
removable, for tests.
