Set KPageWidget's layout content margins to 0 Breeze has apparently done this on the style side for a long time, but that means any other style ends up with things like KIO's File Properties dialog looking broken. Rather than do this as a hack in the style, just set it in KPageWidget's constructor so other styles can also benefit.
