I can confirm the same coredump backtrace: ToolTipDialog / ToolTipArea destructor stuck in QQuickPixmapReader::~QQuickPixmapReader(), main thread waiting in QThread::wait(). The symptom is intermittent: it can happen after 1 minute or after 5+ hours of uptime. It is not related to CUPS (not installed), and it is not fixed by updating KWin to 6.8.1-2. Given your finding, this looks like a duplicate of bug 525727 (Qt 6.12.0 regression, fixed in Qt 6.12.1). I'll wait for the Qt 6.12.1 update in Arch and test again.
