Purpose:
Specifies the birth date of the object represented by the vCard.
Value Type:
The default value type is DATE-AND-OR-TIME, which supports date and/or time
values.
Problem:
Currently, only date values are supported. Support for date-and-time values
should be added to comply with the RFC specification.
