Fix Kate snippet templates with empty tabstops and selection overwrite - Allow empty fields ${} and escaped ${} by relaxing field regex quantifiers from + to *. - Prevent multiple empty tabstops from colliding and mirroring each other by generating unique synthetic identifiers and excluding them from mainFields lookup. - Ensure empty fields initialize with an empty default value rather than using their synthetic identifier as text. - Synchronize field static ranges after removing the active selection in the constructor to prevent range desynchronization. - Add testIndentedInsert to verify template expansion and mirror updates in indented C++ blocks.
