DESCRIPTION
When saving a file from a Samba share in Kate, the file will loose the
execution permission
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file with execute permission from a Samba share in Kate or Kwrite
2. Save the file
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is not executable anymore
EXPECTED RESULT
The file should still be executable
