Syncing to google account is done in the foreground, delaying access to cached
data
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kaddressbook (or the tab within kontact)

OBSERVED RESULT
kaddressbook syncs to google account(s) first before displaying anything
EXPECTED RESULT
cached contact information should be displayed immediately, syncing should take
place in the background
