Showcase of malformed tags getting duplicated as well
DESCRIPTION
Tags like "Škola" get turned into "Å kola". The tags are then saved in this
state, causing other clients to get this mess as well. This seems to be an
issue only on hosted caldav server and local tags with diacritics seem to
persist just fine. The tags get malformed even without touching the events.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the remote calendar server contain events with tags with diacritics
2. Open merkuro calendar and sync these calendars
3. The events with malformed tags are pushed to the server
4. Other clients now have malformed tags
OBSERVED RESULT
Tags are malformed
EXPECTED RESULT
Tags shouldn't get modified

Looks like some dual encoding issue. I'm not too technical in the stack merkuro
calendar uses and it may be an issue deeper down
