The Global Menu used to keep listening to the closed Dolphin window's menu after focus went back to a window without a menu, and because the other Dolphin window kept the process running, a late update could show Dolphin's menu again. https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/5403 fixed that, and it is in Plasma 6.4.0.
