Pushed by cwo into branch 'master'. applets/timer: don't scroll through seconds when not showing them Even if you hide the seconds. scrolling on the conpact representation always adjusts in single-second steps. This is quite confusing, as nothing seems to happen when scrolling until suddenly the timer jumps a minute. To give immediate feedback, instead adjust by a minute at a time when not showing seconds. This is reasonably controllable even on high-res scroll wheels, touchpads, and trackpoints.
