DESCRIPTION
When using plasma on Wayland, the panel will not respond to Wacom pen (I use my
Wacom Intuos as my primary pointing device). No KDE programs other than the
plasma panel have this problem. "Drawing Tablet" in the system settings works
just fine indicating no problems.
The problem doesn't exist on Xorg.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start plasma on Wayland.
2. Attempt to select anything on panel using Wacom pen as pointing device.
OBSERVED RESULT
No response to cursor movement driven by pen (icons do not highlight, tooltips
do not pop up, etc.). Clicking on an icon, Start Menu, or system tray icon
will have no response.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should respond to pointer actions from Wacom pen just like a mouse.
