Video showcasing opening accessibility and removable storage KCM
DESCRIPTION
As the title says, the KCM takes a long while to load. "Long" in this case
meaning approx 1.5 seconds of blocking the UI, whereas other KCMs seem to load
more or less instantly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open up the accessibility KCM
OBSERVED RESULT
It blocks the UI for a considerable amount of time and takes a while to show
EXPECTED RESULT
Page should open instantly
ADDITIONAL NOTES
I can't remember when this first happened, but this is not new behaviour.
