DESCRIPTION
As Favorites are my most utilized element of the Application Dashboard, I would
like the ability to resize/move the column separating the Favorites and
Applications section, which is utilized much less frequently. Being able to
increase the area dedicated to Favorites would allow the ability to have a
larger number of Favorites be visible without scrolling.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the Application Dashboard widget
2. Attempt to select the last Favorite from a list that contains more Favorites
than can be displayed without scrolling.
OBSERVED RESULT
I must scroll the Favorites section to see and then select the Favorite I want.
EXPECTED RESULT
I want the option to expand the favorite section and be able to see all the
favorites without scrolling

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
With a 1920 x 1080 screen set at 125% scale, only 12 Favorites are visible.
