DESCRIPTION
I use the Neo2 keyboard layout and noticed that in Kwi I the navigation cluster
(layer 4, triggered by AltGr) either does not work or works oddly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. switch your keyboard layout to (German) Neo2
2. try using AltGr + any of the letter keys on the left hand
OBSERVED RESULT
- arrows do not work
- Home, End, PgUp, PgDn do not work
- Enter works fine
- Tabulator works fine
- Backspace does not work
- Delete works like Backspace instead
On the (literally) other (right) hand, on the same layer 4 the NumPad works
fine.
EXPECTED RESULT
All keys on layer 4 work normal.
