With the release of Plasma 6.7.6, there are no longer any future Plasma releases with support from KDE for a standalone X11 session. Since this ticket reports an issue specific to X11, it no longer has a path to being fixed, so I'm closing it. If that classification was made in error because the ticket describes an issue that can be encountered in a Wayland session *in the exact form it was originally reported*, please re-open it and remove the "X11-only" keyword and any mention of X11 in the title.
