empty trash bin option keeps disabled when file is removed from outside

This bug isn't critical, and if it is duplicated, just ignore it and my bad for
bothering.

When I remove a file using "Move To Trash" option the file is moved to the
trash bin and I can empty the trash by right clicking at the trash option in
dolphin's side bar and using "Empty Trash". But when the file is removed from
outside of dolphin, for example, through Godot's engine file explorer (right
clicking in some file in FileSystem and going to Delete", the file is moved to
the trash bin, but dolphin's doesn't recognize it which means that right
clicking at the trash bin option and going to Empty Trash, the button is
disabled as the trash were empty. But I can empty the trash bin by opening it's
folder and going directly to the Empty Trash at the top right corner of the
dolphin's window.

By the way, the files currently in my trash bin were all deleted outside of
dolphin, but if I delete a new file with dolphin, the Empty Trash option
becomes available and by clicking at Empty Trash bin removes everything
including the files delete from outside.

In short: When the Trash bin contains only files delete without dolphin, the
"Empty Trash" option keeps inactive as there is nothing inside the trash bin. I
can clear the trash bin by opening it and going to Empty Trash at the top right
corner of the dolphin's window directly.

I'm not sure if this is some pitfall of the context of my applications and i
should already know this, if this is the case, I'm sorry to bother, just ignore
this report.
