--- Comment #7 from Andrea <[email protected]> --- I reproduced this on Plasma 6.8.2 with the VLC Flatpak. The Environment section is still available under System Settings -> Application Permissions -> VLC (Flatpak) -> Manage Flatpak Settings -> Advanced Permissions -> Environment. I added a test variable and clicked Apply. Then I unchecked the variable and clicked Apply again. This removed the variable from the Flatpak override file, but the unchecked row stayed visible. It disappeared only after I left and reopened the Flatpak settings page. An explicit Remove action would make this easier to discover.
