kstars: Remove conflicting default shortcuts from timestep units actions

Currently, the timestep toolbar actions (`timestep_increase_units` and
`timestep_decrease_units`) have default shortcuts `Qt::Key_Plus` and
`Qt::Key_Underscore`.

Because these actions are added to the main window's action collection, they
intercept `+` / Numpad `+` keystrokes globally. When a user presses `+` or
Numpad `+` to zoom into the sky map, the key event never reaches
`SkyMap::keyPressEvent` and instead increases the simulation time step (e.g. 1s
-\> 1m -\> 1h). Pressing `-` also fails to behave as expected because decrease
was mapped to `_`.

This commit removes the default shortcuts for these two actions. SkyMap's
built-in key navigation can now receive `+` and `-` (including numpad) to zoom
in and out cleanly. Users who want shortcuts for the timestep unit buttons can
still set custom shortcuts in Configure Shortcuts.
