i put the live fedora 25 cd into my computer and booted into it and the sound
would crackle basically crashing and starting over and over again. it was
unusable so thinking it might have been updated out, i installed fc25 straight
from disk and it continued and then i updated (dnf update) and it did not stop.
it is so bad it makes fc25 with it on unusable.
