I'm having an issue which I *think* is symptomatic of the same bug - although
I'm on Intel, not Nvidia. When I alt+tab between windows, sometimes the content
stops refreshing. Input is definitely being sent to the windows that this
happens to. If I alt+tab back and forth a few times, I can get the window to
"unstick" and behave normally again.

Running the command suggested in comment #23 appears to also resolve the
behavior I'm seeing, which is why I suspect it to be the same issue under the
hood.

Below is the output kwin_x11 spit out when I ran it with --replace.
