As in subject.
After first start new version, so 5.1 I noticed that Plugin cppcheck is
enabled. I was a bit surprised, because I don't have installed cppcheck binary
in the system.
$ which cppcheck
which: no cppcheck in (......
Anyway. I'm not sure is this bug or intended (default) setting.
