Recent updates to Fedora 25 resulted in a blank desktop. The wallpaper is
there; however, no other graphics are displayed on login.
Right clicking opens the menu; however, configure desktop tab opens a window
titled Floder View Setting -- Plasma, but the window is empty or shows window
that is behind it.
The mouse buttons work at the locations of the desktop icons and the taskbar.
