I have a similar issue in 3.x:
If I overwrite a preset which belongs to more than one tags, I get duplicate
versions. So the change is saved but if the preset belongs to a tag then an old
instance of the preset remains there.
It is not always reproducible, and cannot understand if it occurs on every
preset that belongs to tags, or if it happens when I select the preset from a
specific tag.
Any ideas?
