-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo and -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release don't work.
Setting -DNDEBUG via CFLAGS finally made it work (again). Either llvm/clang
buildsystem is messed up or (more likely) the Gentoo-devs have broken something
since 4.0-release.
Since kdevelop still works without the asserts, I'm closing this ticket again.
