I'm using KDE Neon User with default Breeze theme and when taking a screenshot
with the "Rectangular region" the selection cursor ('+') is barely visible in
the dark (unselected) area. Using the same monitor and using Shutter, the
cursor is more visible.
Please improve the visibility.
