The use case is be able to heaptrack Windows programs on Linux, through wine.
valgrind has some magic to print stacks with debug symbols from PDB files, so
this should be doable. However valgrind doesn't support DWARF debug symbols
when they are in PE32 containers (the format Windows uses), which would be
useful when debugging MinGW programs.
