Looking into xea2kmt sources the flag element in account template may have a
value attribute
xea2kmt.cpp:276ff
xml.writeStartElement("flag");
xml.writeAttribute("name","Tax");
xml.writeAttribute("value",account->slotList["tax-related"]);
This is not documented in the related DTD.
