I confirm this. Steps to reproduce:
1) Tools > New Network Connection (or Ctrl+N)
2) In new network connection window there is only "ftp://"; protocol available
from dropdown list.
3) As a resolution you need to install different supporting package than
before:
search your repo for: 'kio-extras' or something similar.
4) restart Krusader, and viola, sftp available ;)
