Desktop environment: XFCE 4.12
What works: after turning on the screen of my Android device, kdeconnect on my
desktop will connect, and the two will interact and remain connected until I
suspend, hibernate, or reboot the computer.
Expected behavior: after suspend, hibernate, or login, kdeconnect will connect
to the android phone on its own.
Actual behavior: instead, I must turn on the screen of my phone in order for
the desktop application to connect.
