Hello all, the symptoms of this bug is reproduced again in KDE neon 5.10 after
system upgrade, it seems that the migrate of Qt5 from 5.7.1 to 5.9.0 is the
reason of breakage, refer https://github.com/fcitx/fcitx-qt5/issues/23 for info
