I also seem affected.
OpenSuse Tumbleweed, up to date. After the 4th July Tumbleweed snapshot I
experience high CPU usage (and probably also GPU), after 15 mins of Plasma
usage flickering appears, high temperature.
My current plasma5-workspace version is 5.10.3-1.2
libQt5Core5 version 5.9.1-1.1
