As the problem I am experiencing (bug 382288) has been marked duplicate of this
bug, I am reporting here my experience. Please let me know if I can contribute
with more info:
- Arch Linux Desktop with 4 screens all set with a slideshow background
- Plasmashell memory occupation grows continuously
- Selecting a static background image seems to solve the problem
- Changing the background desktop image increases Plasmashell memory
occupation
- Downgrading Qt packages to these version is a workaround:
