This seems related with running in a wayland compositor (thus with
Helper::isWayland() = true), which however is not kwin, and on a system where
kwayland is however available (independently), thus leading to
BREEZE_HAS_KWAYLAND set to true.

If I manyally set BREEZE_HAS_KWAYLAND to false in breezewindowmanager, bug
disappear.
I can investigate further inside breezewindowmanager, but since I know nothing
about the wayland code in there, I have little hope to fix.

Can you investigate ?
(tell me if you are ok to answer here or if I should reassign the bug to
kwin-wayland)
