When I logged in just now, the pager refused to stay in the lower right at all, jumping to the lower left as soon as I released the cursor after dragging the pager to the lower right. But I did "killall plasmashell; kstart plasmashell" and the pager snapped back to the position in the lower right that it had been in when I logged out last.
