Reproducible: Sometimes
1. Removable drives are not displayed in Path dropdown -
'left-panel-removable-drives-are-not-shown' and
'right-panel-removable-drives-are-shown' screenshots.
2. 'Safely Remove' menu entry is shown at the top of Path dropdown -
'right-panel-top-safely-remove-menu-entry' screenshot.
3. 'Safely Remove' menu entry is shown at the bottom of Path dropdown -
'left-panel-bottom-safely-remove-menu-entry'.
4. Two 'Safely Remove' menu entry are shown at the top and at the bottom of
Path dropdown - 'left-panel-two-safely-remove-menu-entries' screenshot.
