Could we possibly sub-categorize each of them in the Configure shortcuts
window?

For example:
Layouts
- Save Layout
- - Layout 1
- - Layout 2
- - Layout 3
- - Layout 4
- Load Layout
- - Layout 1
- - Layout 2
- - Layout 3
- - Layout 4
