Full screen Krita with pixel saver applet on budgie desktop
Plasma already has nifty feature that moves menu into panel (global menu).
Unfortunately this works only with QT apps. Maybe it's possible to add otion to
merge title bar into panel for every maximized window, it could save screen
space with top-panel layout. Screenshot of Budgie desktop with pixel saver
applet attached.
