since the lates update, even a "tiny" title bar is huge -- and worse, resizing
the window also resizes the title bar.
this is counter intuitive and counter productive -- why should a _title bar_
resize, just because I want more room for the _contents_? I actually _lose_
valuable screen real estate for no reason or benefit.
