When I delete an item from the desktop, it doesnt get refreshed, so it still
appears on the desktop and so I have to manually do righclick->refresh Desktop.
The same goes for creation, when I create an item on the desktop, it doesnt
appear on it, so I have to refresh again manually to see it on the desktop!
