It doesn't mean the device can't work but it means no developper can try your bug now and I doubt UGEE made an effort to adapt their driver for Krita. We can probably start by updating your versions: I see in your report you are using the version 3.1.4 of Krita on MSWindows. Can you try to install a newer version [2] 3.2.1 and see if you still have the bug? The developers of Krita are continuously working on improving the support for a wider range of tablet, maybe a fresher version will change something for you. You can also try to go to the UGEE website and download a recent version of the UGEE driver. Sometime, tablet manufacturer fixes also things on their side.
