Typical. After several years of waiting someone to fix this, and one failed
attempt to debug the issue from source by my self, I finally managed to make a
bug report just to see, that after 24 hours from it, it's no longer an issue.
Excuse me for making this useless bug report.
I'm sure I tried the same Kate build yesterday and the drag 'n drop didn't
work. Now that I tried it again, it works...
This bug report can be closed now.
