In the Day view, in the Schedule window, on the left are the times. At the top of that column, does it show your time zone? Or, does it show it as UTC? If UTC (as it does in my case), then although it seems to put the items at the "correct time", it is actually saying that schedule is UTC time. ... and, in that case, the UTC time it is running under is actually incorrect by the same shift as your time zone.
