If you look at the original report is a bout sddm and the user (myself) had been using this machine for quite some time, but after an update this occurred. Therefore the new report of it only occurring after the second login post switching to sddm is simply a new bit of information that does not contradict the previous information. >From the other report this problem can also occur outside of sddm.
