Say, I have the `Meta+M` shortcut for `Maximize window` (in System Settings >
Shortcut > Global shortcut > Kwin)
When the Application Launcher is opening, if I press `Meta+M`, the Application
Launcher will be maximized, and no way to unmaximize it. This should not
happen.
Wanted behavior: when the Application Launcher is opening, press Meta+M, it
would not be maximized.
