Additional info: * package version(s) 17.08.1 Steps to reproduce: * Set Australia/Sydney as your time zone with timedatectl. At the time of writing, this is Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). * Start kalarm * Create a new display alarm by pressing Ctrl+D * Press "Ok" to accept the default values (1 minute). * Expected result: Triggers alarm after 1 minute. * Observed result: Triggers alarm after 1 hour and 1 minute. Output of timedatectl: >> timedatectl Local time: Tue 2017-10-03 15:30:57 AEDT Universal time: Tue 2017-10-03 04:30:57 UTC RTC time: Tue 2017-10-03 04:30:57 Time zone: Australia/Sydney (AEDT, +1100) Network time on: yes NTP synchronized: yes RTC in local TZ: no I'm use Plasma. In the"Time zone" tab of the "Date & Time - System Settings Module", the time zone is set to "Area: Sydney, Region: Australia/Australia, Comment: New South Wales (most regions)" In the "Date and Time" tab, the option "Set date and time automatically" is ticked, and the correct local time is shown. The plasma digital clock in the panel shows the correct time too. In the Kalarm settings, "Time and Date" is set to "Australia/Sydney".
