No, when using the Adapta window decoration you have all the regular kerning issues PLUS now kwin(=titlebars) gets messed up as well if you resize the window. The widgets have bad kerning regardless of the desktop or QT theme used. I precisely tried to rule out many other possible factors by making a clean install of KDE Neon in a VM.
