I installed latest Konversation stand-a-lone installer for Windows and got the
error message about QCA-QT5.DLL is missing. Is there any place I can find the
QCA-QT5.DLL and instructions as to where the file needs to go... My installer
is konversation-1.7-4d135de6-windows-msvc2017_32-cl.exe
